"Garden Frenzy" is a minigame that was developed as a project during the Video Game Programming course at the University of Udine
In this game the player takes control of a gardener that runs around with a pair of scissors in his hands. He can cut the bushes to gain some points, but if he cuts a flower he loses points instead.
Here you can see some screenshots of the gameplay. The tilt shift effect on the game camera and the enviroment's graphic style take inspiration from The Legend of Zelda - Link's Awakening videogame.
The player loses the game when he cuts three flowers, therefore losing all his lives. It's a pretty simple gameplay but I had a lot of fun developing it!
